Private Labeling

 

We are delighted to offer to all clients the option of Private Labeling. It is perfect for small business, charity events and fundraisers! Our graphics department is able to design the labels for you or send us the graphic work to use. Choose from fragrances we already have available or we can design a special one just for you! Pricing is quite simple and will vary according to each order.

How it Works:

 

The Payment Deposit will be a combination of the full cost of Product Materials and Printing Costs, to be paid before any project begins. Once the product is finished the remainder of the balance is to be paid before shipping. The Private Label set up fee is a one time payment for new clients and graphics created in house are a one time charge for each with the a limit of up to 5 modifications before surcharges are incurred.  A cancellation of orders after the process has started will result in a 75% charge of the remaining balance.

 

All products are hand made resulting in the possibility of inconsistent results at times; these inconsistencies do not affect the product performance. Returns are accepted up to three days after delivery and store credit will be offered in exchange for damaged goods only.  Forms of payment accepted are Check, Cash, Credit Card, Cashier Check or Money Order.  For further assistance contact Sara Spring at sspring@springcandles.com or call (805) 651-0026 at any time.
